Microwave at 50% for 22 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To make the Curry…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat the oil in a wok and add the finely diced capsicum and sliced onion. Stir frequently, adding the soy sauce, curry powder and garam marsala when the onion softens.&lt;br /&gt;Slice the beef thinly and add to the wok. Stir through, and then add the tomatoes and lime pickles, salt, pepper and Szechwan peppercorns.&lt;br /&gt;Simmer until reduced by a third, then add the finely chopped garlic and green beans. Continue to simmer, stirring as needed until reduced to at least half the original volume. The sauce should now be thick but not stodgy. Add onions, ginger, garlic, bay leaf and cardamom pods. Season with salt and pepper and cook on medium heat until soft for about 20 minutes. Place seeds in baking tray and place in oven for 5 minutes or until fragrant and slightly toasted. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Grind to a fine powder in a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder. Sift into onion mix and cook a further 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meanwhile heat a frying pan on high. When all browned, add meat to onion mix with tomatoes and beef stock.Bring to the boil, skim and allow to simmer gently for approximately 2 hours, until the meat is tender and stock has thickened. Boil until soft, drain and puree with a hand blender or in a food processor. Freeze any extra you make for next time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour the oil into a large saucepan bring up to a medium heat. Add the onions and reduce the heat to low. You can optionally add 1 or 2 Whole Star Anise which help bring out the sweetness of the onions and imparts a subtle aniseed flavour but remove them once the onions are cooked. Sweat the onions gently until they become translucent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Make a paste of the ginger puree, garlic puree, curry powder, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, with a little water. Add to saucepan and stir in well and fry for a couple of minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now add your 800g Diced Lean Beef Steak stir in well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix the Yogurt, Tomato Puree, Onion Puree, together in a jug with the water or stock and pour into the saucepan and mix in well. Turn up the heat until the sauce begins to simmer and leave to simmer for 20 Minutes. Stir occasionally.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally sprinkle in the Garam masala and stir in well for the final 2 minutes of cooking. First thing you must do is to cut the steak into cubes discarding any fat and then toss it in the seasoned flour. Sprinkle with the garam masala, add the yoghurt and a good dash of olive oil, season and toss to coat. For the spice mix, toast the cumin, coriander, fennel and fenugreek seeds in a dry pan, tossing over high heat for a few minutes until fragrant. Tip into a mortar, add a pinch of salt and grind to a fine powder. Stir in the curry powder and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.Heat a thin film of olive oil in a large cast-iron casserole or a heavy-based pan. Add the onions, garlic, chilli, ginger and a little seasoning. Add the sugar to help caramelise the onions, followed by the coriander stalks cardamom pods and ground spice mix, stir, then cover and cook for 6-8 minutes until the onions are soft, lifting the lid to give the mixture a stir a few times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.Sear the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;beef&lt;/span&gt; in a hot pan and add to the onions along with the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, stir over a medium-high heat for a few minutes and then add the beef stock and curry leaves. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer very gently, stirring occasionally, for approximately 30 mins or until the beef is tender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.To serve, ladle the curry into warm bowls and scatter over the coriander leaves. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat&lt;br /&gt;   2. Roll the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;beef&lt;/span&gt; in a little plain flour&lt;br /&gt;   3. Fry the beef in small batches at a time until it is brown&lt;br /&gt;   4. Put the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;beef&lt;/span&gt;, sliced onion, cardamom pods, bay leaves and whole garlic clove in a casserole dish, cover with water, put the casserole lid on and cook for 2 hours at 200C (390F)&lt;br /&gt;   5. Make a paste of the &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;curry&lt;/span&gt; powder, mustard powder and chilli powder with a little water&lt;br /&gt;   6. Fry the chopped onion until translucent in the vegetable oil then add the crushed garlic, grated ginger and green chilli and stir fry on medium for a further 5 minutes&lt;br /&gt;   7. Add the&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; curry&lt;/span&gt; powder, mustard powder and chilli powder paste and stir in and fry for a further 30 seconds&lt;br /&gt;   8. Add the cooked &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;beef&lt;/span&gt; from the casserole to the pan&lt;br /&gt;   9. Add the garam masala gravy and simmer for 5 minutes or until the beef is hot again, stirring occasionally&lt;br /&gt;  10. If needed, add some juice from the casserole to prevent the&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; curry&lt;/span&gt; becoming too thick or dry&lt;br /&gt;  11. Now add the finely chopped fresh coriander and cook for a further minute&lt;br /&gt;  12. Very delicious !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS &amp;amp; INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup chopped onion&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 clove garlic&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 tablespoons butter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 pounds cubed&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; beef;&lt;/span&gt; brown&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 large apple, pared and sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/4 cups water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon curry powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 teaspoon salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup flour&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 ounce package frozen peas &amp;amp; carrots&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 quart casseroles&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 ounce package corn muffin mix&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1 clove garlic, minced, in 4 tablespoons butter. Add 2 pounds cubed beef; brown. Add 1 large apple, pared and sliced, 1 1/4 cups water, 1 tablespoon curry powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover; simmer about 45 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;Mix 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup water; add to &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;beef&lt;/span&gt;. Cook until bubbly.&lt;br /&gt;Remove from heat; add one 10 ounce package frozen peas and carrots,thawed. Place mixture in two 1 1/2 quart casseroles. Bake, covered, in 400 degree oven 55 minutes, stirring occasionally the last 25 minutes. Amazing !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lb. ground beef, browned&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 c. raw rice&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 c. water (may need more water, can use mushroom liquid)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lg. onion, sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/4 tsp. curry powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 to 3 tbsp. bovril&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can sliced mushrooms or brown 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;Put all ingredients together in a large serving casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Stir several times while cooking. Check for moisture.
